My career has followed one connecting thread: making complex systems useful to the people who depend on them.

I began in software development, building cloud and geospatial analytics products. I moved into product management to shape not only how products were built, but which problems deserved to be solved.

Since then, I’ve led 0→1 products, scaled teams and platforms, and worked across enterprise SaaS, education, e-commerce, financial services, and government. Today, my focus is AI-powered products, particularly document intelligence, workflow automation, and the product systems required to make AI reliable in practice.

Building AI products is a product systems problem.

Start with the decision

AI is useful when it improves a decision or removes meaningful friction. It should not merely add a model to a workflow.

Design for uncertainty

Evaluation, fallbacks, review paths, and observability belong in the product definition, not in a post-launch checklist.

Translate across layers

The product leader’s job is to connect customer reality, business constraints, data, model behavior, and engineering tradeoffs.
